The mobile good, nice and cheap is not unique to Chinese firms but most are manufactured there and we have a new sample in the new Kogan Agora 5, a terminal of a Australian company that has already put on the market at the beginning of the year, one of the cheaper smartphones on the market.
On this occasion, the company is committed to 5 inches IPS multi-touch display, with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and SoC with quad core micro at 1.2GHz.
It has 1GB RAM and 4GB storage expandable via microSD cards. Its battery is 2,000mAh and like most ‘Chinese phones’ features support for dual SIM.
The new Kogan Agora 5 has 2 and 8 Megapixel Dual Camera and weighs 153 grams. With Android 4.2.2, not the lighter end of the market or the most powerful but it’s big, fast enough and the price 149 pounds in the UK (199 dollars, 176 euros) can compensate more than one user.
