We have your usual blurry, poor quality spy leaked pics here of the HTC Sapphire 2.0, which itself can be found on the leaked HTC 2009 roadmap. Looking at the picture it looks very much to be the successor to the G1. There are key differences between both handsets; it’s slimmer, sleeker, does not have a physical keyboard.Read More »HTC Sapphire 2.0 to be G2 Handset
HTC has taken the wraps off it’s awesome looking Touch HD handset which was leaked last week and boy does it look sleek! It seems the previous leaked images and specs were pretty spot on! It’s got some serious features to show off, including 7.2Mbps 3G – nice!
Unfortunately it will run on Windows Mobile 6.1 and have the TouchFlo 3D user interface.

KDDI seem to be pretty busy recently designing new concept handsets and trying to engineer something for the future, and I for one like it, innovation is key to progress in my opinion and I’ll always route for those aiming to do the same.
Here we have a KDDI music box cellphone concept and literally that’s what it does! It transforms into a cube music box – I presume when you play music etc. Looking at the pictures you get a graphical equalizer display on the sides which looks awesome!Read More »KDDI Cellphone

As is the current trend in trying to reduce green house gases, fuel emissions and all things Eco-friendly, Siemens has asked design firm Formwelt to come up with some Eco-friendly handsets, which would minimize power consumption, use and be made of less harmful material.
We have two designs that have come from this project, Leaf and Solar, both which look and do what their names say. The leaf is designed in the shape of a leaf with subtle white and pleasant green colors and a very nice curvy design. The handset consists mostly of plastic with an OLED screen embedded in a translucent case making it look invisible and futuristic.Read More »Siemens Eco Friendly Concept Phones
Great little fold-able touch-screen design the Plica is a dual screen device you can fold in half or use both in conjunction as desired. With the big touch-screen it’s easy to use the on-screen virtual keyboard with ease, whilst also having another big screen to view other content on.
The designer is James Platt and the design is a very unique one, but can also be very practical. Reminds me of the Nintendo DS design, except with a much better sized wide screens.Read More »Plica Concept Phone
Rune Larsen has designed a revolutionary concept phone, one which reacts physically to the needs of the user.
