Samsung OmniaHD

omnia-hd-2

Samsung announced the leaked i8910 as the new OmniaHD which is an interesting choice not only because it seems to be the upgrade for the original Omnia but the fact this runs on Symbian S60 5th Edition and not Windows Mobile like it's predecessor.
The OmniaHD is a beefed up handset which has features most handsets drool over having in their artillery. The large 3.7" QHD (640 x 360 pixels) super vivid AMOLED display is the main attraction just ahead of the 8 Mega Pixel camera which is capable of recording 720p video, HDMI out, HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, HSUPA 5.76 Mbps and a generous 1500 mAh battery. All in all this is the flagship S60 device with very little argument to say it's not.
