The Sony Ericsson W995 was at MGoL and I got a chance to have a feel of the handset and take some pictures too. Firstly I can say I was impressed how thin and small it actually is compared to what the pictures show. I can confirm there is a 3.5mm jack on the top of the handset whilst the propriety connection is clearly visible on the side.

The build quality was pretty good as expected from most Sony Ericsson handsets and the design itself will be familiar with those familiar with the Walkman branded handset range. I didn't get a chance to play with the actual handset turned on which is a shame, but initial impressions of the handset physically are very positive. Those who were waiting on the C905 might want to skip and get this instead it's a very solid handset.

@Sven - The Idou won't be available for another year really. So you've got plenty of time. Also depends on when this actually comes to market.

@Boxiblue - I would think the 8MP camera will be pretty good - the usual SE standard.
