INQ1 Box Art

If you remember a while back I attended the INQ1 press conference in Shoreditch where the handset was announced in pretty impressive fashion. The INQ1 is geared towards today's socially connected market, with quick access to Facebook, IM, Skype and E-mail it is one of many I suspect devices coming to market which is looking more at how we actually use our handsets rather than aiming to break the Megapixel barrier.

3Mobilebuzz have sent me the INQ1 to trial and see how it performs in real life situation, unfortunately it didn't come with a 3 SIM card, but for now I've got some pictures of the packaging and handset, which I have to say is pretty appealing, the smooth design and brushed metal along with the sleek contours feel great. Physically the handset is pretty solid and ergonomic, it is pretty small too, but doesn't suffer from a cramped keypad because it has some huge buttons!

INQ1 Features:
  • 3.2 Megapixel
  • Talktime: 324 mins
  • Standby: 329 hrs
  • Dimensions: 97 x 47.6 x 14.4 mm
  • Weight: 110
  • Battery 1150mAh
  • Internet Browser
  • Facebook
  • Skype
  • Windows Live Messenger
  • RSS support
  • Widget support
  • Plug and play - use your INQ¹ as a USB Modem
More on the handset user experience later, for now enjoy the pictures and the cool artwork included with the packaging.
