The first Android powered handset is coming soon and it's been confirmed it will be the HTC Dream G1. I gathered some of the specs and rendered images of the device to summarise what it will be like. With the announced Android Market and T-Mobile confirming it will released the first Android handset, you can expect this to be released very soon!

- AIM, MSN, YAHOO, and GTALK messaging - needed, but wait, wasn’t GTalk scrapped off?

- Sync capable with Google Calendar - it better do that
- Downloadable content via Android Marketplace - nice
- Google Streetview with built-in compass - well done, where’s the GPS?

For how much is this HTC with these...erm specs going to be?
There is no pricing on the G1 at the moment, only it will be released very soon.
Is the dang thing hearing aid compatible?? thanks
@leslie - It doesn't seem to have a standard 2.5mm or 3.5mm jack for headphones instead a propriety ExtUSB jack. Using this information one could deduce it won't support hearing aids.
