The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ruled on a certain iPhone advert running in the UK to be banned. The advert in question claims "all the parts of the internet are on the iPhone." which to anyone knows anything about the internet is far too big to be able to fit into the iPhone!
Joking aside, the ASA ruled the advert was misleading and has banned it on breaches of CAP (Broadcast) TV Advertising Standards Code rules 5.1 (Misleading advertising), 5.2.1 (Evidence) and 5.2.2 (Implications).
Back to the drawing board for that one then.
